50 ml of whipped cream
30g of mascarpone cheese
20g of sugar glass
5ml of vanilla extract
30g of pear
20g of brown sugar
30g of cacao nibs
6 vanilla cookies Preparation:
Use a beater and add the whipped cream, sugar class, and vanilla extract. Beat until the cream doubles its size and becomes thick. Then, add the mascarpone cheese and set aside.
Cut the pear in small cubes and place it in a pan with water, brown sugar, and vanilla. Let it simmer until it shrinks and looks like compote.
Grab a glass and place a layer of the cheese. Cut up the cookies and add a layer of pear compote and cacao nibs. Add layers in that order until the glass is full.
